Agile conducts plans and campaigns to approach employees, aiming at the maximum quality of the product or service offered to the clients, because, before selling a product to clients, companies should convince their employees to buy it.

Thus, “selling” a product, an idea, a marketing positioning to the employee is as important as doing it to the client. It means making the employee a business ally, responsible for the success of the corporation and equally worried about its performance.
